Transport & Service Crew Positions

Ixom Watercare, Inc. prides itself on hiring the best of the pack to join our service team. Crew members travel around the country to install and service state-of-the-art equipment that makes water better. Trips last around three weeks, and you can determine how frequently you would like to be scheduled on a trip. Expenses are paid while crew members are on the road.

All trips start from Dickinson, ND, and applicants must be available for pre-trip meetings and trainings at Dickinson, but otherwise crew members can reside wherever they like. Crew has lived as far away as Minneapolis and western Montana without issue.

Safety equipment and extensive training is provided by Ixom Watercare. Applicants must have a current driver's license with no DUI's and be 21 years of age or older. We are looking for individuals who can work at heights using safety equipment and following safety rules. Good communication skills and an understanding of professionalism along with some mechanical, electrical and biology knowledge and or experience is a plus.

Inside Sales Position

We are looking for a career minded individual to join our Inside Sales Team and will report to the Inside Sales Manager. 

As an Inside Sales Representative you will:
  • Work closely with our customers and other business development team members by performing administrative functions such as gathering information to prepare written quotes for customers, obtaining bid specifications, computing potential savings, and assisting with distributor and product rep questions.
  • Respond to customer phone and email inquiries about equipment and services the company offers.
  • Assist and support the outside sales team with special projects
  • Work with other departments in the company to help solve customer challenges and provide feedback to improve products
  • Tracking and documenting sales project progress
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Science or related field
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales role or dynamic customer focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience within the water treatment, waste water or utilities industry would helpful
  • Highly competent using the full Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams etc).
  • SAP experience a plus
