On September 10th, 2017, Hurricane Irma (known here un-affectionately as Big Irma) blew at a recorded 142 mph very near our SB10000. On September 12th I drove by the SB10000 location and noted that the machine had dragged its moorings a few dozen feet toward the west but was still operating as if nothing happened.
