GridBee AP Air-Powered Mixers and Circulators combine patented high-flow Long-Distance Circulation technology with a clog-free, air-powered pump. They have no moving parts in the water, offering years of maintenance-free operation even in high MLSS (mixed liquor suspended solids) applications. These machines feature an adjustable intake depth and are perfect for mixing activated sludge reactor basins, and other aerated and anoxic wastewater basins of all types and sizes. The air can be supplied by the customer's existing air system or by our optional on-shore blower. These powerful mixers are compact, lightweight, and easy to install by plant personnel. These low-priced mixers have a fast payback in energy savings, and low-cost rentals are available.

Other AP models are available for small lakes, stormwater ponds, and estuaries to achieve blue-green algae control and other water quality improvements. These units are barely noticeable in a lake, with only three small float balls and the flowing water visible from shore.
